The Unite States team of Steven McElroy, Ashton Schwartzman, Chalie Bartholomew and Will Sumner earned the country's seventh gold medal of the World U20 Championships -- one more than Jamaica -- by capturing the 4x400 relay in 3:04.47 in Cali, Colombia.
