Yan Vazquez of Puerto Rico, a UCLA signee and graduate of Red Mountain High in Arizona, ran to fourth place in the men's 400-meter hurdles in a personal best and Puerto Rico U20 record 50.18 seconds at the World Athletics U20 Championships in Cali, Colombia.
