Men's 110 Hurdle Preview - IAAF World Junior Championships 2014

Wilhelm Belocian of France has plenty of experience including a third place at the last world junior meet and third at the World Youth Games three years ago. Belocian has run two of the three fastest times (13.15 and 13.23) this year. He has been in a battle for the European junior record with David Omoregie of Great Britain who has two of the four fastest times this year (13.17 and 13.23.
Tyler Mason of Jamaica (13.25) has run well this year and has steadily improved after fininshing 6th at the 2011 World Junior Meet. Taioh Kanai of Japan (13.33) is in a spot to challenge for a medal after improving .8 seconds in the last two years . USA’s Nick Anderson (13.37) from University of Kentucky is not too far out from challenging for a medal.
